Freedom

Why is it that when people see
The evil in this world
It’s at the people who have tried their best
That the accusations are hurled.

With wars against our freedom,
The right to live in peace;
When someone tries and takes a stand
The noise will hardly cease.

For through our anger and in our pride
We want to make it known
That though we hate the threatened freedom
There’s not much we have done.

For who’s the man out on the streets
Of Baghdad fighting hard?
And who’s the woman here at home
Who’s worrying heart is scarred?

So why not get up off that couch
And do your part at least?
For if all men would take a stand
All clamor would have ceased.

This world is so divided;
The evil and the right
But please do not let God’s will slip
From out of our short sight.

God’s men have turned so evil
Against His holy will;
But if we pray and stand united
Freedom will be ours still.

Blogroll:

A list, appearing in the side columns of a blog, containing a list of links to other blogs, usually of blogs the site owner likes to read.

Its pretty easy.

"when I get the time" Aly- I just got back from vacation, we had guests over today and *someone* (looks around) would not like me staying on fifteen minutes to think up a post at this moment. :)
