I wrote!
We have been sick with a slight case of the flu so that's why I haven't been writing.
We went to a concert Sunday night that my brother played the drums in. It was in Lincoln. The main singer/guitar player is Brad Moore. He has made his first album this year called "watch the sky". He sings, plays guitar and drums and piano, and is going to learn violin. He has apparently never taken lessons. Makes me look dull... oh well. It was fun. So about halfway into the concert my grandma turns to my mom and goes "is he from a foreign country?" She is obviously not used to pop music, but my mom sure thought it was funny and you could hear her laughing. :)
A little while ago I received a pamphlet in the mail on pageants... Yay!!! Some information! Anyway for state pageants for teens it looks really easy. Maybe when I'm 16. Yep, 16 is the age!
The cool rain over here has been so nice. Mom and I are glad we don't have to lug out our hose and buckets to water my extensive plots.
The most interesting thing that has happened in the past couple days is this; I was doing pointe yesterday and there was a spot (you all know how that is) that was bothering me. So I take off my shoes and there on my big toe is an open cut from the rubbing. Ouch! Anyway mom finally got me some more toe tape after I whined about how it hurt. Okay I didn't really whine but it hurt. Mrs. Spykstra will be happy! :)
So how's that guys? But at least I have an excuse... :0
