first class...
This afternoon I taught my first beginners ballet class. I started out showing the basic positions and then having them do demi plies at the barre, and then we did some ballet runs and walks with arms. I had three girls ages 5, 8, and 9. Of course the first class is always going to be a little uncomfortable so I'm hoping we'll all lighten up a bit. Just hope I'm teaching the right stuff at the right time! Anyway...

yeah well... I've taken ballet for about three years. love it! so glad I can glorify God through something I love so much. :)
oh... and what on earth were you doing up at 3:30 am?
You taught a ballet class!! I didn't know THAT!! I think you'd be a GREAT teacher!!:)

okay but you were still up pretty early... yep. I think college aged kids can be pretty crazy. my brother will stay up until the wee hours of the morning playing with his fraternity brothers and then will sleep in until late... crazy. of course I'm sure girls have a much better sense of when their bodies need rest... :)

and I thought you said you got up around 5 something. 6 isn't so bad... atleast in our house it's quiet then!

no but my brother could probably set it up when he comes home for the holiday... it could be a while :)
